Probate & inherited property · Miami-Dade
From clean-outs to listing, I coordinate it all, keep you informed, and never assume you want to sell.
A conversation, not a sales call. No pressure to sell.
You are grieving, you may be far away, and now there is a house in Miami asking for decisions. You do not have to carry this alone.
How I help
A market analysis is an estimate of value, not an appraisal.
Peace of mind from a distance
You will not have to wonder. I send short, plain updates so you can see how the property is doing, by text or email, whichever you prefer.

Working together
Probate is a legal process, and I do not give legal advice. I look after the property and the real estate, and I stay in step with your attorney.

Your options
Questions
No. Selling is one option. You can also rent it or keep it for now. We start with your goals and with what is allowed for the property.
It is a real estate certification about how property sales fit inside the probate process. I am not an attorney, and I do not give legal advice.
You do, directly. I help you find trusted independent vendors, but you hire and approve them.
Usually the authority to act on the property comes from the court process. Your attorney will tell you when you can move forward. Until then, I can help you understand your options and keep an eye on the property.
By phone, text or email, in English, Spanish or Italian, whichever you prefer.
The first conversation is free, with no obligation. If you decide to sell, my fee is set out in a listing agreement that we review together before you sign anything.
